For whoever that don't know the meaning of the word " Jihad " .. It's an Arabic word that means " Fighting hard for what you believe in, what you really want & what you'll really lose everything for" ..
So, yesterday in one of the usual lonely nights I'm going through currently, I was flicking through some good quality Gay movies, I stumbled upon the movie " A Jihad For Love " ..
Instantly I had this deep wondering, seriously ? A Jihad ?, honestly I thought it was going to be another hard love story between two souls, Oh my!
Yes, It is like that, but in a complete different aspect .. A love between two gay -Muslim - guys.
To be honest, Islam & Homosexuality don't merge at all, I had those moments of doubts few years ago when i was just coming to terms of my sexual identity ..
- Allah Loves me or not ?
- Allah accepts me or not ?
- Is there a place in Paradise for a homosexual ?
- Or am I destined to live in hell on this life & the After one ?
I wish I watched this movie back then, lots of questions would have been answered, trust me when i tell you this .." Watch it now .. "
